Bubba and Clem Do The Pacific NW
One day Bubba were reeding the Rodale's Scuber Divn Magazine and commed across a story about diving in the Northwest and them giant octopussys. He showed it to Clem and he took a shine to the idear of going up there and doing some diving.
Well Clem rings up that feller in Sorysota, FL, causen his boy has got a travel agency. Theys book tickets from Atlanta to Seattle round trip on Delta airlines. He also sets up a rental car for them at the Seattle airport with Budget so that he can get some more Delta frequent flyer miles. Heck since he pays fer it on hissen Gold Am Ex card he gets even more. Heck he get so many frequent flyer miles with Am Ex since he buys everything from groceries to all the stuff for Bubba and Clem's Dive Emporium and Gas Station with it. He got 346,729 points last year alone. Him and Bubba never pay to fly no more.
Bubba and Clem called up theys friend in Sorysota, FL, and axed him about dry suits since he says he is a sissy and gets reel kold easy. He recommends that they call up a company in Canada called White's and become a dealer and order them a couple custom suits and warm skivies. He tells them that once theys get theys suits to fly on down to Sorysota, FL, and he will give em a PADI Dry Suit Specialty class so theys don't look like as clumsy as a three legged cat trying to bury his mess on an ice covered flag pond.
Clem rings up Mr. White hisself and tells him what they want to do and axes fer hissen advice. They order two custom shell suits for themselves and they also order 10 rental suits and 8 suits for sale. Whites is reel happy. Bubba says to the man at White's that he will pay a bunch extra to get the suits yesterday. Mr. White tells him they be there in a week.
All that hard work got the boys hungrey so its off to the Varsity fer lunch. Bubba wishes he could figger out what them Varsity workers be saying out loud when he places hissen order. Clem telled him that on the Varsity's Web page theys a
dictionary of Varsityese talk. Well Bubba is starved so he orders 8 chili dogs with onions and a PC and sum rings of onions fer starters. Clem axes fer 4 chili dogs, 2 chili steaks and a bag of rags ( that's tater chips in Varsityese, Clem done learned the talk ) and a Varsity orange drank. The Varsity is so crowed at lunch time its reel hard to get a seat to eat. They serve a bunch of food there. Every day they serve: 2 miles of hot dogs, a ton of onions, 2500 pounds of taters, 5000 fried pies, 6 fifty gallon pots of chili. Bubba lernt this from theys web page. They order a dozen chili dogs to take to Rudy and head on back to Bubba and Clem's Dive Emporium and Gas Station.
Bubba gives the dogs to Rudy and watches that Boxer dawg eat like he is on the way to the chair. He gonna have bad gas Clem just knows.
Bubba fires up the computer and sets to looking about diving in the Northwest. Clem takes him a nap.
