Bubba and Clem Christmas party, too

Today's the day. Tonight the big shindig will be a happening. The folks from Florida got here ok and everybody is getting reedy.

Strip has got the fish ready to cook and he brung along Larry the lectrician with him to hep cook fish and lobsters and stoned crab claws as well as shuck oysters. Bubba is all dressed up like Santa Claws and is gonna give out presents to everybody what come to the party. They is gonna have a raffle to make sum money for poor peoples Christmas. Theys selling raffle tickets to win a trip to Walker's Cay for two folks for a week. The tickets cost $10 each.

The peoples start a coming in at about quarter till five and by thirty past six, theys over 436 peoples there. The Christmas spirit has set in and you know all them wonderful folks, cept for 4, bought raffle tickets. Clem is gonna be able to give $4,320 to the poor folks so theys can have sum Christmas at all. The wonderful folks at Neal Watson Undersea Adventures and Walker's Cay donated the trip. This brung tears to Bubba's eyes when Clem announced it.

Everyone commences to ate lobsters, stoned crab claws, fish dip and fish, both fried and grilled and all them oysters. RC Coke Coler is going fast too. Don't forget all them Varsity chili dawgs too. Everyone is having a ball. A bunch of folks wants to buy dive stuff for presents, but Bubba says this here is a party and no selling. They can buy stuff tomorrer cause theys gonna be a huge sale. The boys ordered $134,213 worth of goods from mares and $22,000 from SeaQuest 250 copys of the new PADI Encyclopedia on CD ROM, and more from the others. They figger to sell it all.

The band starts to playing and the folks begun to danze. The band is a small Country Group what goes by the name of Alabama, Bubba's friend done come through for them. Clem also hired some Atlanta police to help keep things under control and to keeps yankees out. Adam is hired overtime to keep Rudy and the guard gater away from the guests. Bubba tells Clem that the gater will keep yankees out so the police can have fun too. They dantz the night away. Bubba loves listening to that music. Clem is a dantzin with all the gals,even the butt ugly ones, the slick devil.

Bubba sneaks out to the guard gater and Rudy and feeds them a couple dozen chili dawgs. Bubba loves the critters. He thinks the guard gater likes Varsity chili dawgs better than he likes that drunk old lady's cats. And theys a hole lot cheeper than them darn cats.

Time to give out door prizes and announce the raffle winner. A reel cute reel estate woman named Fran won the raffle and she were reel excited she would take her hubby, Gary to Walker's Cay. The door prizes were dive equipment - they give out 6 Ruby Mares Regulators, 6 SeaQuest Balance and Libra BCs, and 6 Body Glove wet suits. Every body what came was gived a Bubba and Clem's Dive Emporium and Gas Station shirt and a ball cap what said the same thang on it. Clem wanted to sees theys dive center's name all over Atlanta.

The party broke up about quarter past two in the morning. It was a huge success, everybody was happy as a pig in a mud hole. Clem a figgers they will sell a ton of stuff the next day during theys sale.

Strip and Larry the lectrician head out to the Varsity to take a bunch of coolers full of chili dawgs and onions back to Sorysota, FL. They will freeze em up and ration them greasy dawgs out over the next couple months. After they buy $532.17 worth of dawgs at the Varsity, they point the truk South and head down I75 towards Florida.
