Henry Wideman

Henry Wideman, a son of Adam Wideman ( the Patriot ), was one of the pioneers of Troup County, GA, ( Hogansville, GA ) having moved there from McCormack Co, SC. 

Hw was born in Abbeville District, SC, ca 1789 and died in Troup Co, Ga in June 1835 on Yellow Jacket Creek near Trimble

Henry is buried on what was once his land in a remote wooded area.  ( Land lot #66 of Land District 11 - corner of Blue Springs and Hunting Lodge - turn off onto private  property. 3311.166 8453.610 )
