Trip holds an AA degree from Santa Fe Community College and holds a BA degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. Trip is an Eagle Scout. He is a PADI Master Instructor and PADI IDC Staff Instructor. He is a PADI Specialty Instructor in 10 areas. He is a certified Cavern Diver. He holds the PADI Adventure Plus Platinum 1000 Award. Trip is factory trained by Dacor, SeaQuest, Mares, Ocean Edge and Apollo. He is also factory trained in Visual Plus Cylinder Inspections. He is factory trained in the use of Dive Link communication devices. He is certified by DAN and PADI as an Instructor in Oxygen Delivery and First Aid. Trip is a PADI/Medic First Aid Instructor. Trip is a TDI Advanced Nitrox Instructor and PADI Nitrox Instructor. Trip is a group leader on our international trips. Trip has over 6000 logged dives and holds the SSI Platinum Pro 5000 Award, the highest in diving.. He is a licensed US Coast Guard Captain ( Master) and a skipper of the Giant Stride. Trip is a Travel Agent and heads up our full service travel agency. He has traveled throughout the Caribbean and Micronesia.
