Dive Travel Checklist

Before your trip be sure to have:

Your Passport ( or other documents need to visit your chosen location ). For US citizens, the US Passport is the document of choice.

Your airline tickets

Your voucher for the ground portion of your trip

Your vaccinations are up to date and that you have all of those recommended for your destination.

Your clothing and personal items needed for the trip

Any medications that you need. Have prescription medications in their original labeled container.

Cash, credit cards, travelers checks.

Dive equipment

Certification card ( very important )

Log Book

Regulator

Mask, snorkel, fins

Booties

Soft weight belt ( belt only )

Dive computer

Dive Light

Extra batteries

Chemical light sticks

Dive skin suit or Polartec suit

2-3mm wet suit

Spare parts kit

Extra regulator mouthpiece

Extra mask strap

Extra fin strap

Adjustable wrench

Cable ties

First aid kit

Sun screen ( SPF of at least 30 )

Seasickness remedy ( consult your physician )

Band aids

Dive Bag - one with wheels is very useful ( for airline transport )

Mesh backpack dive bag ( for use at the destination )

U/W Camera or Video System

Any necessary extras such as film, tape, batteries, o-rings, o-ring lube, q-tip swabs, etc.
